What is coaching?
Coaching is about creating change in your life. Big changes the world can see. Small adjustments that only those closest to you will notice, and subtle inner shifts that only you will recognise. Immediate, powerful change, and long-term, sustainable life of transformation. This work is equal parts insight and discovery–figuring out what it is that you really want for yourself–and action, accountability– getting it done. It isn’t just talking about how to change, and it’s also not forcing things. It’s about changing the stories you tell yourself. These stories impact how you see the work and creates invisible blocks making you play small, stuck in old patterns.
Coaching is about discovering what gives you purpose and helps get you from where you are today to where you want to be. It’s all about learning, growing and living with intention.
What is coaching not?
It’s not therapy. Coaching focuses on where you want to get to and not on the past.
It’s not mentoring. We work together to help you unlock your potential, discover your own ideas and goals.
Confidence
One of the biggest blockers to fulfilling your purpose is a lack of confidence. Your inner critic makes you play small. Through coaching, I guide you to own your confidence so that you can awaken the greatness within you.
Compassion
Sometimes we say things to ourselves we would never say to another person. Sometimes the way we talk to ourselves is not the way we would talk to a friend. Through coaching, I guide you to take control of your inner critic so that you can become the best version of yourself.
Clarity
You have a choice. You can play small and stay stuck in old patterns. Or you can take the leap. Through coaching, I help you to clarify what you want in your life and work with you to fulfil your purpose.
How does it work?
Coaching sessions will generally be every 3 weeks and will be 45 mins to 1 hour long. Sessions can take place over the phone, in person, or using video conferencing technology. In order to see the real benefit to coaching, it is ideal to plan for 6-10 sessions. Your first coaching session is a free session to see if you are comfortable with me and with the process.
